We hope that you will always be able to attend your appointments, but we know that things sometimes happen that mean you can’t. In those circumstances, provided you give us 48 hours notice, we will not charge you.
If you give us less than 48 hours notice we will charge you the full fee for that appointment.
Of course, we know that emergencies happen and we are willing to listen to your reasons for cancellation. If their are special circumstances then we might not charge you, but this is the manager’s decision.
