We are committed to improving our clients’ care by consistently reviewing and improving our clinical outcomes and the levels of client satisfaction. We use outcomes measures for each of our services, with one cross-service outcome measure called CORE, which stands for Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation. To find out more about CORE follow this link.
We will ask you to complete at least one questionnaire, probably more than one, before you come to us for an assessment. The questionnaires we ask you to complete are to ascertain your current mental health and wellbeing before you begin therapy. We will ask you to complete the same questionnaires after therapy so that you can see how far you have travelled in your journey towards positive and enduring mental health.
Our clients’ outcomes after therapy are very positive. There are outcomes sheets from our Therapies Service, our Trauma & Personality Disorder Service and our Eating Disorder Service that you can download using the links to the right of this page.
