About Dr Jill Aubrey
I practice as an integrative psychotherapist which means I draw on skills and techniques from humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapies. I care about my clients’ psychological and emotional health and feel privileged to learn each client’s story. I am motivated to help each person make the changes they wish, and believe passionately that those who engage in therapy can experience improved psychological and emotional well-being and experience greater fulfillment in life. I work relationally with my clients believing that we each bring our skills and experiences into the therapeutic relationship we create.
As well as my therapeutic qualifications, I have psychology degree, and I draw on this as part of my integrative practice. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as management consultant specialising in the regeneration of economically disadvantaged communities and areas; as such I have both an MBA and a PhD in regional economics.
